NMAT is an objective types paper of 200 questions and get 1 marks for each correct answer and no negative marks for wrong and unattept questions,if shimpi had attempted 60% more questions then he did and had made 20% fewer error then he did, his score would have increased by 100%,what percent of questions attempt by shimpi is correct?

Let the number of questions attempted by shimpi =x

Total number of questions =200

If he had attempted 60% more questions

then the number of questions had =60/100*x =0.6x

Let the number of errors done by him = y

Then the negative marking had =0*y=0

According to the question,

0.6x+0=200(100% means 200 marks out of 200)

0.6x + x=200

x=200/1.6

x=125

So, there are 125 questions attempted by shimpi
