No, annayya, i have left that to you. running around like a flea-pestered dog, is not for me. i have seen afew places in my time , though. what does this lines mean? and what is meant by the word flea-pestered dog?

A flea pestered dog was being infected with some kind of infection or disease which keeps it always itch
It always roams freely
It will not stick to one place
