- Magnetic forces acts on moving charges
- It depends on left hand rule.
- Eg:- as in moving motor
- When the charge is stationary or parallel then no force acts on it

It is because magnetic force acts on moving charges . Since the charge is stationary , no magnetic force will act on it.
