In the phrase “No is never
heard”, Anne referred to the selfish and unkind behavior of Mr. Dussel. He was
very greedy and never refused anything from anyone, that was the biggest
weakness of him. He never understood the situation in which the other person was
placed because he was always in the race of only think about himself.
