In d block, there are 10 groups and 4 periods so, (4*10) = 40 elements.

In p block, there are 6 groups so, (6*6)+1 = 37 elements.

In f block, there are 2 periods with 14 elements each so, 28 elements.

Total no. of elements = 40+13+37+28 = 118
