Mass of hemoglobin =100 gm
Mass of Fe present =0.33% x 100
=0.33 gm
Atomic mass of Fe =56
Since,
56 gm of Fe contains = 6.022 x 10²³ atoms of Fe
0.33 gm of Fe contains = 6.022 x 10²³/56 x 0.33
=3.548 x 10²¹ atoms of Fe

Hope it helps you
