CsCl occupies BCC Structured Lattice.
Cation is at the centre of cube, its contribution to unit cell is 1.
Number of cations per unit cell  =1×1=1
Anions are at 8 corners of the cube, each anion is shared by 8 unit cells.
Contribution to each unit cell is 18.
Number of anions per unit cell=8corners×18=1
Therefore, 1 cation and 1 anion per unit cell.

Answer:

Number of ion pairs in CsCl unitcell is 1.

One cation and one anion are present per unit cell of CsCl.

Explanation:

{Cs}^{ + } is present at the cubic hole and {Cl}^{ - } is present at the corners of the cube, froms a simple cubic lattice.

Number of {Cs}^{ + } ion per unit cell is 1 and number of {Cl}^{ - } ion = 8 \times \frac{1}{8} = 1per unit cell.

So,number of ion pairs in CsCl unitcell is 1.
