no. of moles = given mass / molar mass
n = 8/32
n =1/4
n = 0.25

ingitchandel401: We know ,
ingitchandel401: No. f moles = Given mass / Molar Mass
ingitchandel401: n = 8/16 THEN n=1/2,,,,,,,n =0.5 moles is answer

your answer:-

to find number of moles

use formula

number of moles =weight/molecular weight

so
given:-

weight:- 8

molecular weight of oxygen =32

so

no of moles=8/32=1/4
