I think the question should be

number of moles of hydrogen in 1 litre of water....

1 litre of water = 1000 g = 1000/18 moles of water

= 55.55 moles of water.

1 mole of water contains 1 mole of H2

therefore 1 litre of water contains 55.55 moles of hydrogen molecule

or

2 x 55.55 = 111.11 moles of hydrogen atom.
