You have 'Zero' ‘neurons' in Hydrogen atom. I get it. Spelling mistake. It should be 'neutron'. And in H-1 atom, there are no neutrons but a single proton in its nucleus. But, it should be noted that hydrogen is found as three isotopes in nature: Protium, deuterium and tritium, where the first two are stable while the third has a half life of around 12 years. Protium or H-1 atom has 0 neutron, deuterium or H-2 atom has 1 neutron and tritium or H-3 atom has 2 neutrons. But H-1 atoms constitute nearly 99.9% of all hydrogen atoms. As such, normally when we talk about hydrogen, we refer to H-1 atom.
