No organism is immortal, then why do we say there is no natural death in single â celled organisms?

because the single celled organisms divide asexually to reproduce and hence their body is divided into two or more new organisms .
.
but the parent is not dying in it it is dividing itself in new individuals. so; we say that there is no natural death in single celled organisms
