This is a proverb about which everyone are familiar. No pain, no gain means we can't achieve anything if we are not doing anything. Without doing anything, we may inculcate many bad qualities such as laziness. So we must do hard work if we want success or imbibe wonderful characteristics. A human being is well known by his deeds. And only by good deeds he or she can become a best person. If read the biographies of famous personalities, we come to know that all of them have something extraordinary and all of them have gain something only by hard work. So no pain no gain is not only a proverb, it is a lesson we all should follow.
