here are my opinions

Explanation:

pain-if you start exercises for the first day you will get serious pain and for three to four days you will be cured but again if you do exercises you would be attacked by pain again

gain:you won't become any Goku or superman by doing exercises

Conclusion: don't do exercises and play normal sports.
