No pain , No gain means if someone has burning desire to achieve something than he must be ready for difficulties because nothing is Achieved easily. Even Gold shines only when Heat is given to gold.

No pain no gain which means when you give your best through your hard work, practice, determination to excel or gain your deepest desire or maybe something which your willing to own as yours ... For which you would have to face some difficulty let it be studies or any other fields which is considered as the pain you are going to expirence and the outcome or the result which is gonna come in the future is your gain (Be a saddist enjoy your pain in order to get a gain)!!...
