No part of India is situated on the equator. Is it possible to have a geostationary satellite which always remains over New Delhi.......?¿?

yes not possible because at the equator there is too much hot

probably no since the geotationary satellite orbital zone is narrow equatorial ring if new Delhi is in orbital zone then yes but some specialised is required to reach a definite answer
