no country has these factors same
ex: india is a multilingual, multicultural, multiracial country that accommodates millions of people
a single or 2 parties can't represent views of all from north to south and east to west
so, we adopted multiparty system and have not got any cultural clashes till now.
views of all people, all race, all religion, all caste are represented.
therefore , we can't say any party system is ideal
