$2\pi r=\frac{220}{7}$

$2\frac{22}{7}r= \frac{220}{7}$

$r=5cm$

Formula to be used:-

Curved surface area of cone = πrl

r is the radius

l is the slant height of the cone.

Area of circle = π$r^{2}$

Total surface area:-

Curved surface area of cone + Area of circle

=πrl +  π$r^{2}$

= $\frac{22}{7} *5*13+\frac{22}{7}*25$

= $\frac{22}{7}(65+25)$

= $\frac{22}{7}*90$

= $282.85 cm^{2}$
