                                      Paddling away to health

With more and more people becoming health-conscious, old ways of life are becoming fad once again. There was time in the past when bicycles used to be staple means of transportation. With advancement in science and technology more comfortable means of transportation replaced bicycles. These new means of transport had their own side-effects; the most noticeable effect was poor health.  

Scientists have found cycling to be a great exercise which has many benefits. People who do cycling enjoy far better health than those who don’t. Cycling improves mood and confidence, helps in losing weight, builds muscles, improves lungs health, cuts heart disease and cancer risk, helps enjoy better sleep, and, many more.  

So, if you also want to avail all the above mentioned benefits, include cycling in your every day schedule. When maintaining health is so easy by paddling for a few minutes, why should you not do it?
