Step-by-step explanation:

Any number with exponent '0' is always 1.

X^a/b = 1

For the expression to become zero, the exponent(a/b) must be zero.

For a/b to be equal to zero, either 'a' is to be zero at any number of 'b' or 'b' is to be zero if only 'a' value is zero.

Hence 'a' must be zero

a=0

Hope it helps:)
