you always write which is given in exam in your copy

you must kept in mind that you knowledge in that topic so with in 10 second you have to remember in mind all formula or topic

if you don't know then also you must write in copy if any thing else you know in that topic and never cut on that answer

at last your practice is only help you dude

Twisted basically means conceptual it means the questions asked in boards are generally based on concept they are not straight forward.
U just need to keep concepts in ur mind and it's done
