⏩Mir Jafar was made new nawab of Bengal because he defeated Sirajuddaulah and the company had promised him to make him new nawab of Bengal after Sirajuddaulah.

⏩Mir Jafar was failed in proving himself as the puppet ruler.The company wanted a perfect puppet ruler for their country which can easily control over it.After that,Battle of buxar came in which Mir Jafar was defeated by Mir Qasim.

⏩Mir Qasim was made a nawab but he was also not very good.

⏩So,the company stopped the system of nawab they started choosing the residents which cause the people to come into subsidiary alliance soon.
