There are boys who are bad in the society. They are a big burden on earth.

The first one goes as follows..
When a boy makes company with some guys who know all kinda bad manners like consuming alcohol , smoking ,etc. The unknown innocent will get distracted from his parents good words and at last he becomes addicted to ciggarettes and he will become as an alcoholic.
for example: In our village a boy named Saravanan was there, he was 8 years old in 2007, By hearing his sad story even stone will get melt. His parents and his relations left him alone. He made friendship with rowdies in our locality. Atlast his parents were died in a bus accident( happened in 2010). He made relation ship with rowdy gangs and at the age of 14, he killed a person near the room where he was living. The next day itself a neighbour of the man whom he killed surrounded him at dawn. he was murdered. So please Keep your friendship with Good guys.
For the second question,
the only answer is FAULT OF GOVERNMENT AND FAULT OF PARENTS.
