》》The loss of water in the form of vapour from the aerial parts of the plants .

》》It mainly occurs in stomata .

□It's advantages are :

⊙It helps in regulation of temperature.

⊙It removes excess water

⊙It maintain a constant supply of ions to the leaves .

☆ TRANSPIRATION PULL :

》》Transportation from leaves creates - tension that pulls up the water column .

□WHAT IS NEPHRON :

》》Each kidney is made up of thousands of tiny tubules called NEPHRON .

》》Nephron is the STRUCTUTAL AND FUNCTIONAL UNIT OF KIDNEY .

□WHAT IS ROOT PRESSURE :

》》Root pressure is the transverse osmotic pressure within the cells of a root system that causes sap to rise to a plant stems to the leaves .

》》Root pressure occurs in the Xylem of some vascular plants when the soil moisture level is high either at night or when transpiration is low during the day .

□HOW EXCRETION OCCURS IN PLANTS :

》》In plants , The CARBONDIOXIDE released during respiration gets utilised during photosynthesis.

》》OXYGEN is a by product produced during photosynthesis and exits through stomata , root cell walls .
