Subject: Request for provision of street lights.
Respected Sir,
On the subject cited above, I would like to inform you that the locality of 26 Civil Lines does not have any street lights for the past 5 to 7 years. This is due to lack of maintenance, repair and replacement by the Electricity Department and the residents of this locality has been deprived of any street lights for many years. As a result criminal and antisocial activities at night are on the raise in the area. This locality urgently needs street lights for security and safety.
Therefore, I request you to take up the matter on top priority and repair/ replace the broken street lights as soon as possible.
