Yes . It is absolutely right . All laws are only for the constitution and not easily implemented over in the country . By making laws and constitution ,they just wanted to show to other countries that they are following this , and that for their goodnes and pride and not for the people life. What is the use Despite of living in Democracy!!!!!!!
