Noah Formula is in airplane which is flying at constant speed in a circular course of radius 5000 m., circling O’Hare Airport prior to landing. Noah observes that the plane completes each round trip in 400 seconds.
What is the speed of the airplane?
What is centripetal acceleration?

Radius of loop ,r = 5000m

Speed of aircraft = distance to complete circle /time

= 2πr/400

= 2×3.14×5000/400

= 31400/400

= 78.5 m/s

So speed of airplane is 78.5 m/s

Centripetal acceleration = v²/r

= (78.5)²/5000

= 6162.25/5000

= 1.23 m/s²

So centripetal acceleration = 1.23 m/s²

Hope it helps you ✌️✌️
