Noah has a bag of 30 marbles. Of these marbles 8 are blue, 9 are red, and the rest are clear. What is the probability that a marble taken from the bag will not be red?

Total number of marbles is 30

Number of red marbles is 9.

The rest blue and clear marbles sum up to 21.

Therefore the probability of not picking a red marble is (number of possible outcomes)/ (total number of outcomes)= 21/30= 7/10 = 0.7
