" It can't be done by anybody ." since English grammar does not allow two negatives in a simple sentence , ' anybody' must be used in the sentence rather than ' nobody ' . One could also say : " it can be done by anybody '. But this sounds rather awkward . Unless you have some good reason to use the passive voice , just stick to active voice " Nobody can do it ".
