It's an witty riddle.

If one reads carefully, it can be seen that the person is still sleeping while he felt hunger. He clearly imagine the food he have in the fridge.

If some someone chooses the option as any of the food items he'll be wrong because the person mentioned in the question has to open the fridge door before taking out any of the food.

Now fridge door is also not the correct answer because before everything the person has to open his eyes.

The first thing that we will open is our eyes.

It is so because it is mentioned in the question that “you are sleeping and you are hungry.”

And, when we are sleeping we will open our eyes to get up.

And after opening our eyes we will open the fridge.
