ANSWER

Step By Step Explanation :

We're already given that the incidence ray is 30°

According to the Second Law Of Reflection,

∠i = ∠r

Therefore, the reflected ray would also be 30°

This Ray is hitting the other mirror, which will cause it to reflect again. Therefore, we'll created a normal on the point of incidence, so that we are able to make our reflected ray.

Notice that a triangle has been created when we made our first reflected ray, let's imagine this triangle is ∆ABC.

We will now find the sides of this triangle, so that we are able to find measure of our next ray.

→ Adding up the sides of triangle gives us 180°

We know that,

∠A = 60° (as 90-30=60)

∠B = 90° (mentioned in question)

∠C = 30° (as 90+60=150 ; 180-150=30)

Using measure of ∠C we can find the measure between the incident ray and normal.

→ 90° - 30° = 60 (remember that normal is an imaginary line perpendicular to surface at point of incidence.)

Again, using second law of reflection

→ ∠i = ∠r

Therefore the reflected ray would also be 60°
