In India, the economy is dependent upon the development of small scale industries but due to a number of setbacks the small scale industries do not flourish in a way that the large scale companies do.

The main reason behind this the in-availability of funds.

Without the proper funds the small scale industries do not get to grow.

There is also not enough raw materials needed for the production of the goods by the small scale industries.
