Non democratic rulers are very quick and efficient in decision making and implementation because the decision is taken by monarch or military head because whatever they feel they take decision about that. Public opinion is not involved .Thus it may look convenient for short time but democracy is better than all forms of government as it takes delay but the decision may help the people in the long run .
