Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
Chocolate Marie biscuits- 10
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar- 5 to 6 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
Finely crush the Marie biscuits in a mixer
Now take a deep bowl and add the contents into it
Add the milk, sugar and butter and whisk all the contents well
Pour this whisked mixture in a baking tray
Set it properly
Garnish it with almonds and pistachios
Place the tray in the freezer for about 20 to 25 minutes
Once done transfer the contents into the refrigerator section and cool it for an hour
After an hour, your biscuit cake it ready
Cut it into pieces and serve
