There is no actual distinction between a metal and a non-metal…Its just a tendency these elements show to gain or loose electrons…
In the periodic table as the metallic character increases the non-metallic character decreases…u. can find out the element which loses electrons(Metallic)the easiest and the one which gains electrons(Non-Metallic)the easiest…
U asked most non-metallic non metal..i.e.the element with most non metallic character and as per the trend it has the least metallic character..So the answer would be Krypton.
