if it is a debate I would like to be a part of health because vegetarian people eat a lot of meat but that doesn't mean that meat is very much harmful it is actually useful because chicken it contains a lot of protein as well as egg it is also best source of protein and fish fish is also a best source of Omega very useful to health health cannot be determined or non-vegetarian or vegetarian health is determined by the equal reduction and increase mint of calories in our body but if we are vegetarian and we eat a lot of spices then we are not healthy and if we are non vegetarian we allot allot of meets then it is also it is also not good for our health so health doesn't mean avoiding anything we should eat everything but we should take care about the reduction of calories many of the people used to Judaai it's very strict diet in the following district which are very harmful for the body because because of that we don't get a lot of nutrients required by a body so that it can also be called as malnutrition at last I want to tell this health is important but has is determined by avoiding anything we should be non vegetarian and vegetarian as well thank you
Non vegetarian VS health:
• Non-Vegetarians have been presented to be at higher risk of heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cancer and such chronic diseases.
• Numerous problems occur from the consumption of saturated fats found in non-vegetarian food.
• Non-vegetarian has more risk of dying early then vegetarians.
• To be specific, the risk of dying from heart ailment is less in vegetarian people as related to non-vegetarians.
