Normal rain is slightly acidic because it has absorbed some carbon dioxide from the air. Acid rain
is more acidic than normal rain because it has absorbed gases like sulphur oxides and nitrogen oxides

Sulphur Oxides and Nitrogen Oxides come from the factories, pesticides and more.  So that's why acidic rain is more acidic than normal rain even though the normal rain only absorbs carbon dioxide which is so less.
