Windows vista was treated to be the least popular version of windows. Even though it was designed to function more effectively than XP.

It didn't work out and the final users are not fulfilled with the usability and the features of the same.

Hence I would say that Windows Vista is the version of windows that was least popular among the other versions that are released by the Windows.
