Speed, v = 120 km/h.

Time = 30 seconds = 30/60 minutes = 30/ (60×60) hours

=> Time, t = 1/120 hours.

Now, v = s/t
or s = v×t = 120 × 1/120

Therefore, the distance travelled by the train will be 1 kilometre.
