there is no possibility with this question
try with
35 {y}^{2}  + 12y  + 1
then
35 {y}^{2}  + 5y  + 7y + 1 = 0 \\ 5y(7y + 1) + 1(7y + 1) = 0 \\ (5y + 1)(7y + 1) = 0 \\ therefore \: y =  -  \frac{1}{5}  \: or \: -   \frac{1}{7}

To Find :

Length and Breadth

Solution :

Factorising 35y²+13y-12

[By mid term spilting]

35y²+13y-12

35y²+28y-25y-12

7y(5y+4)-3(5y+4)

(5y+4) (7y-3)

Length = 7y-3

Breadth = 5y+4
