Not more than 300 words .Many poor people beg on the street.Do you think people should give a little whenever they can or is it better to make a donation to a social organisation that focusses on the problem?

preference of giving donation to social organisation is better only if they make imrovements. beggars are left over there in road because of the mistake of some organisations who didnt build orphan for old and young children. we can give them money but next the their life is gonna get still worse. not every people can be employed. its better if we send them to orphans if you are a philantropist. if we make our society better and poverty less the beggars will be not there in streets. as a long term development , giving money to social government is better. and for short time happiness we can give them money.
