A) we know that one kilogram = 1000 grams

⇒ 4 kilograms = 4 × 1000

B) we know that 1 metre = 100 centimetres

⇒ 950 centimetres = 900 centimetres + 50 centimetres

⇒ 950 centimetres

= 9 metres + 50 centimetres

C) we know that one litre = 1000 millilitre

⇒ 4560 millilitre = 4000 milliltre + 560 millilitre

⇒ 4560 millilitre

= 4 litres + 560 millilitres

D) we know that 1 kilogram = 1000 grams

⇒ 0.06 kilogram = 0.06 × 1000 = 6/100 × 1000

= 60 grams
