Firstly choose main title of note making and then choose titles of every paragraph. Then choose main points from each paragraph without making complete senseable sentence(i.e. Subject+ Helping Verb+verb+object+Remaining sentence). Remember you have to make a abbreviation in sentences of each paragraph. In last write summary on whatever you write in your note-making. Do practice of note making on this pattern.
