any living thing (which can be breathe, move, grow, or digest the food or reproduce) which are available in our environment is called biotic components

for example human beings elephant etc



Abiotic
any thing available in our environment but do not survive , not digest the food , not increasing growth,not do process of reproduction is called abiotic component

for example. bench, fan etc

• Abiotic Resources are those resources which are non-living.
• Examples- water, land, minerals etc.
• Abiotic Sources are not renewable except water which is inexhaustible.
• These Resources are in great demand for the development of various industries and agriculture.

• Resources, which are obtained from biosphere are known as biotic resources.
• Example :- birds, animals, fish, forests etc.
