Physically everybody has a heart. Bad, good, people that is subjective. We, we humans created good and bad, we have decided whats good and bad; examples, murder, kidnapping, theft, saying mean things to people.

Why do we do this?

We are raised like this to some extent and naturally you'll see people as bad when they do something you dislike. You'll like people that do things you like/approve of. Such is the world, we are humans and human beings are selfish.
