The wheel was probably invented around 7000 BCE. The earliest known use of the wheel was in Mesopotamian civilization. Before its invention, different methods were used to transport heavy objects. Logs of wood were used to roll heavy objects. This method also permitted them to move heavy objects more quickly and competently and for longer distances. This led to the birth of the wheel. Initially, wheels were made by slicing the trunk of a date palm. The wheel brought about a whole new style of life. it was used in carts for transportation and for the potter's wheel to make better pottery. later on, the spinning  wheel also came into use.
In the Neolithic age, new days of life and new ideas came into being. this can be justified by looking at the early neolithic sites found in India.Some of these sites are Mehrgarh, Burzahom and Daojali Hading.
