world disabled day is observed to be on December 3rd it is also called as international day of disabled people. the main aim of this day is to tell about fundamental rights of disabled people.
mostly disabled people are discriminated in the society and there is no preference for them.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities (also known as World Disabled Day) is celebrated on 3rd December. Since 1992, UN has officially declared this day as 'World Disabled Day'. This is a day which is ultimately dedicated to differently-abled persons . This day reminds us that they all are humans like us... It openly criticises the discrimination faced by them. The theme of World Disabled Day 2016 is "Achieving 17 Goals for the Future We Want" ... This theme refers to the 17 sustainable development goals recently adopted by UN for the development & well-being for the differently-abled ones...
