1. A centroid of a triangle is the point where the three medians of the triangle meet. A median of a triangle is a line segment from one vertex to the mid point on the opposite side of the triangle.
★ Relationship between centroid and median of triangle:-
The centroid divides each median in a ratio of 2:1. In other words, the centroid will always be 2/3 of the way along any given median.
2. In order to draw the orthocenter of obtuse angle we have to find the point of intersection of the three altitudes of the triangle. The most important point to be noted is in case of an obtuse angle triangle the Orthocenter lies outside the triangle.

3. The perpendicular bisector of a side of a triangle is a line perpendicular to the side and passing through its midpoint. The three perpendicular bisectors of the sides of a triangle meet in a single point, called the circumcenter . The circumcenter is equidistant from the vertices of the triangle.
4. An angle bisector is a line or ray that divides an angle into two congruent angles .
- The incenter of a triangle is the point of intersection of all the three interior angle bisectors of the triangle.
The circle that is inscribed in a triangle is called an incircle of a triangle.
- The circumcircle of a triangle is the unique circle determined by the three vertices of the triangle.
5. The incircle of a triangle is the circle inscribed in the triangle. Its center is called the incenter (green point) and is the point where the (green) bisectors of the angles of the triangle intersect.
