Mixing up of religion and politics leads to threat to secularism.
For smooth functioning of a country's government or country there is a need to keep religion away while working on countries development.
If both are mixed they can lead to certain problems which are listed down below :-
1. Threat to country well being.
2. Makes people less united
3. May lead to inter war
the best example for this is Yugoslavia where the end was so pathetic that the country divided into eight parts.
Making a country to progress at is maximum pace not only requires the functioning and the well-being of the population residing in a country but a Unity in their work.
