power is shared between political parties in the following way

some are leader

some are active worker

some are follower of party

power is shared between pressure group to satisfy the demand of different community

different religious people and for their development which maybe underestimated by political leader of running govt..

pressure group do not contest in election but they presurize the govt by strike or hadtal for doing their work..

for example bajrang dal ...

hindu parishad etc
