Yes, I agree with your statement. Noting is stationary in the whole cosmos. As, we know that motion is relative,so, there is something always moving with relative to some other thing. Relative motion says that nothing is still, everything is moving.
From other point of view, we say that universe is expanding. Because of that heavenly bodies  are moving away from each other. That means that everything's moving and isn't stationary.
